Condensate Fractionation Plant



The Project will include construction of 1 (one) unit of 2500 bpsd (Barrel Per Stream Day) Condensate Fractionation Plant, including the ISBL & OSBL, to process condensate available from various gas field in Bangladesh and from Indonesia, along with treatment plant like Furfural aromatic Extraction plant and merox sweetening plant and Octane boosting plant to get the following products conforming to BSTI & EUROIV specification.:

I. Naptha
II. Motor Sprit
III. Kerosene/ Aviation Turbine Fuel
IV. HSD
V. Aromatics



A. ISBL: ISBL will includ. but not limited to

a. Constuction of the process plant including pre-heat train, heater reboiler, cooler condenser, splitter and ancilary equipment to process condensate;
b. Furfural Aromatic Extraction plant to extract aomatic from Kerosene and HSD & to recover solvent (Furfural)
c. Merox Sweetening plant for Kerosene to meet the specification of Aviation Turbine Fuel (JET A1) proof
d. Explosive prof central Room
e. Laboratory
f. Piping & Instrumentaions etc

B. OSBL: OSBL will include, but not limited to

a. Captive power Plant
b. Boiler for process steam
c. Instrument & process Air and inert gas system
d. Storage tanks for Condensate, finished and semifinished products with necessary piping
e. Service Tanks
f. Cooling water system
g. Flare
h. API Separator
i. Effluent Treatment Plant
j. Building
k. Roads, dike and drainage system
l. Condensate receiving and products delivery system etc.
